SHIPPING POLICY

CigarScore Lounge is proud to ship anywhere in the United States. However, your local and state laws might restrict you from purchasing cigars from us.

We ship our products via UPS and USPS. Items must be shipped to a valid address (no PO Box) and a valid signature may be required. These terms and conditions of sale and the transactions contemplated thereby are governed solely by the laws of the State of Texas, and any and all claims arising from the sale and related thereto must be brought and finally resolved solely in the courts of the State of Texas. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions.

RETURN POLICY

All merchandise shipped by CigarScoreLounge.com leaves in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you should doubt the quality of an item, you must contact us via the form on the ‘Contact Us” page and by choosing “issues with my order” in the drop-down menu. You must include your order number.

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. For Domestic orders, a 25% restocking fee will be maintained, and 75% of the order total will be refunded. For International orders, a 30% restocking fee will be maintained, and 70% of the total order will be refunded.

Changes to Terms

CigarScoreLounge.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.CigarScoreLounge.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. CigarScoreLounge.com encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
